Jess is an actor, improviser and voiceover artist based in Los Angeles. Growing up on the South Shore of Massachusetts, she had a keen interest in performing ever since she realized she could make people smile just by being who she was, a cute baby. Beginning with dance classes at age two, she continued finding ways to shine on stage, from annual recitals to local theater opportunities. As she got older and the whole “cute” thing wore off, she realized that she had better be funny and began training in improv comedy, developing a particular affinity and talent for musical improv. As she discovered through her training that she had a knack for voices and accents, she began doing voiceover work as well.
Jess has been lucky enough to work on a wide variety of projects, from independent films to black box theater productions to regional radio commercials. She has been lucky enough to train with acclaimed instructors at ImprovBoston and The Second City, and to teach, direct and coach improv for all ages from kids to adults. Jess has also had many opportunities to combine her passion for travel with her love of performing, entertaining audiences as far away as Norway with her improv comedy. She is greatly looking forward to the opportunity to work with you on your next project!
Jess is also always looking for an opportunity to organically bring up her appearance as a contestant on Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Yes, she remembers the question she went out on. She quietly whispers it to herself before bed every night.
